Presented alongside Dorian Reunkrilerk at the "Contemporary Art, Migrations, Diasporic Experiences" study day organized by the QUILT research group (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), this paper delivers a critical analysis of the collective exhibition Cambium Liber (DOC, Paris, 2025).

Conceived by seven Asian-diasporic artists—Socheata Aing, Manon Ficuciello, Kim Doan Quoc, Alexis Chrun, Juliette Liou, Alexandre-Takuya Kato, and Thiên-Ngoc Ngô-Rioufol—the exhibition weaves personal and political narratives addressing family transmission, colonial memory, and post-war ecology. Rather than presenting fixed identities, the works explore fragmented memories and situated forms of storytelling.

Utilizing Sara Ahmed’s affect theory, the research examines Cambium Liber as a space of "affective hospitality," analyzing how intimate and historical themes shift visitor reception on both sensible and intellectual levels.

Grounded in ongoing research with ACA Project, the paper investigates how these contemporary artistic practices prompt a necessary shift in curatorial postures toward more engaged, responsive frameworks.

EVENT COORDINATOR & CONTENT WRITER |

ACA Project (Asian Contemporary Art)

Paris, France - April to May 2025

During this professional internship under the supervision of Lou Anmella-de Montalembert and Dorian Reunkrilerk, the founders of ACA Project, my work focused on expanding the visibility of contemporary Asian and diasporic art through digital journalism and institutional partnerships shreds.

Institutional project conception :

I contributed to the preparatory and exploratory phase of a proposed collaboration between ACA Project and the Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine for the lecture series « Les Rendez-vous d'Asie ». Attending the initial stakeholder alignment meeting on-site, my role involved conducting preliminary documentary research, mapping out potential thematic axes centered on memory and transnational identities.

Editorial production & research on the editorial front :

I managed the research, selection, and bilingual (French/English) writing of a dedicated cultural agenda highlighting five contemporary art exhibitions in Paris. This involved direct liaison with Parisian galleries for press kits, iconographic research, and synthesising complex artistic statements into accessible, professional public content. This internship also served as the foundational research ground for the subsequent paper on affective hospitality presented at the INHA.

SECRETARY & CO-FOUNDER | Deksiam Association, INALCO (National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations)Paris, France - August 2022 to August 2023

Held during the second year of my Bachelor's degree, my role as co-founder and secretary of the French-Thai student association Deksiam centered on administrative and logistical coordination within the university framework to facilitate cultural programming for the student community.

University Liaison & Event Coordination :

My responsibility consisted of acting as the internal administrative link between INALCO and the Association of Thai Students in France (AETF) to co-host their official centenary symposium, “Beyond 100: Re-evaluating the Legacy, Pioneering the Possible Future”. My duties were operational: managing room bookings, scheduling alignment, and facilitating hospitality logistics for the event’s 13 academic speakers and invited guests.

Campus Cultural Management :

I supervised the logistics for Deksiam’s participation in the university’s annual Inalculturelle campus festival. This included organizing materials, managing student volunteers, and scheduling internal cultural workshops such as traditional language games and calligraphy.
